Tracy Simpson

Tracy is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional with over two decades of Human Resources experience. Her diverse background allows her to bring a unique and comprehensive approach to helping organizations - and the individuals that make up these organizations - build thriving teams and create purposeful futures.

 

Tracy helps organizations create a sound HR infrastructure, engage, and motivate employees, strengthen their culture, and stay compliant. She provides the tools and expertise necessary for companies to identify, onboard, and inspire the talent they need to build and grow their business. Her roots are in the operational and technical areas of HR, and she’s also led all aspects of HR from talent acquisition and compensation & benefits to engagement and employee relations.

 

She has experience with traditional and progressive HR approaches having been part of mature organizations, as well as a lean, agile, and flat organization that distributed authority. Tracy has worked in small to large, public, private, government, and PE-backed organizations such as Fidelity Investments, Takeda Pharmaceutical (formerly Millennium Pharmaceuticals), Precision Nutrition, The Kraematon Group, and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

 

She also helped usher Millennium Pharmaceuticals to #20 on Fortune's “100 Best Companies to Work For” list, and has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Boston Business Journal, Chemical & Engineering News, Workforce.com, and HR.com on a variety of HR topics. 

 

Additionally, as an Executive and Career Coach and Facilitator, Tracy helps individuals create their next chapter, identify meaningful work that amplifies their strengths, and is aligned with what they value – be it a new role, a promotion, or starting a business. As a personal finance professional, she understands the importance of incorporating financial stability and planning into a career path.

 

Tracy is informal, candid, and direct, and loves working with people and teams who are ready for something new, know it's time to make a change, and want to put the effort into making a difference in themselves and their companies.
