Sasha Kiani

Executive Coach, Facilitator and Trainer

Sasha brings over 20 years of experience in business management, strategic planning, organizational learning and facilitation. Upon earning her MBA at Northeastern University in Boston, she began her career at the Brigham and Women’s hospital, quickly moving up to manager for Operating Room Administration.

After several years in the healthcare field, Sasha transitioned to a role at Deloitte and Touche as a senior consultant to broaden her industry exposure and nurture her passion for organizational learning. Fast-paced work with high performing clients is where Sasha excels. She has an ability to adapt to change quickly, is a natural problem-solver and connects with people of diverse backgrounds within all levels of an organization.  

As an Executive Coach and Facilitator, Sasha guides clients toward achieving their goals with a strength-based approach to change. She partners with organizations to develop strategic plans, implement initiatives, and design training workshops, all aimed at enhancing team performance and effectiveness.

Sasha’s ability to quickly adjust to various situations coupled with her upbeat demeanor has led her to foster strong relationships with clients. She completed her Coaching certification from the Center for Executive Coaching and is a certified administrator and interpreter of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. She is a trained practitioner of the Appreciative Inquiry approach to change.
